Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel anytime — in the console, no hoops

Go to console.tradeqrx.com → Account → Request cancellation. That's it — no phone calls, no emails, no retention scripts. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges occur.

Refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, email [email protected] from your account email and we will refund that first payment in full. After 7 days, cancellation stops future charges but the current billing period is not refunded. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

During the beta

Through August 15, 2026, all plans are free — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. Simply switch plans or stop using the Service at any time.

Automation

You can stop automated trading instantly, independent of billing: disable the Automation add-on in your console or remove your broker API keys. Open positions on your brokerage accounts remain yours to manage — we never hold your funds.

Cancellation vs. account deletion

Cancellation ends billing but keeps your account, history, and paper portfolio. Deletion (Account → Danger zone) deactivates the account entirely — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
