These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Xbitium Technologies LLC ("the Company", "we"), the operator of TradeQRX (tradeqrx.com and console.tradeqrx.com, together "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TradeQRX is a software platform that generates algorithmic trading signals and, optionally, automates order execution on brokerage accounts that you own and control. The Company is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice. Signals are systematic strategy outputs provided for informational and educational purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans (Stocks & ETFs, FX, Crypto, combinations thereof, Bundle, and the Automation add-on) bill monthly through Stripe at the prices shown at purchase, and renew automatically until cancelled. During the beta period (through August 15, 2026) plans are provided free of charge and no payment method is required. We will give notice before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
You may cancel anytime from your console (Account → Request cancellation). Access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund of that payment; after 7 days, cancellation stops future charges but the current period is not refunded. Automation places orders on your own brokerage or exchange accounts (e.g., Alpaca, OANDA, Kraken) using API keys you supply. You must use trade-only keys without withdrawal permissions. You may stop automation at any time by disabling it or removing your keys. You remain solely responsible for all activity, positions, fees, and outcomes on your accounts. We never take custody of your funds.
You will not: resell, redistribute, or publicly rebroadcast signals; scrape or bulk-extract the Service; reverse engineer the platform; interfere with its operation; or use it for unlawful purposes. Signals are licensed for your personal use only.
The Service, including its software, strategies, models, data, and content, is the property of Xbitium Technologies LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service; no other rights are granted.
The Service interoperates with third parties including Alpaca Securities LLC, OANDA, Kraken (Payward, Inc.), and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with, nor responsible for, those providers. Brokerage services are provided by your broker, not by TradeQRX.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Backtested and past performance do not guarantee future results. We do not warrant that signals will be profitable, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xbitium Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for trading losses of any kind. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the console. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 9, 11, 12, 13, 16) survive termination.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
